Self-portrait e-gift cards can be redeemed online at self-portrait.com or at any London store.

Please apply e-gift card number at checkout page for online. When an e-gift card is used, the full available balance will be applied to the order automatically. If the order total is lower than the gift card balance, the remaining value will stay on the e-gift card for future use.

You can check the balance of your self-portrait e-gift card at any time by visiting self-portrait.com/checkbalance.

If you need to return an item purchased with a e-gift card, the refund will be credited back to the original gift card. If multiple payment methods were used, the amount paid with the gift card will be refunded first, with any remaining balance returned by cash or credit/debit card.
