Help & Information

Occasionally we will re-order stock. If there is an item that you would like that is out of stock, select the 'Notify Me' button on the product page. You will receive an email if the item is back in stock. We cannot guarantee when or if the item will be re-stocked.

Our packaging has been thoughtfully considered with a lighter environmental footprint in mind. Your order now arrives in boxes made from FSC-certified recycled materials, produced in the UK and fully recyclable. Full-priced orders arrive in a lightweight, reusable paper bag, reducing carbon impact and raw material usage.

Our boxes are resealable, so you can reuse them for returns or give them a second life beyond your order.

Selected items from our new collection can be bought in advance - pay now and we'll ship them to you as soon as the stock arrives. We'll also email you to let you know when your order is on its way. Please be aware that because of the "pre-sale" nature of such transactions, there might be a delay on the actual delivery date as the stated estimated delivery dates are only approximate and subject to change.

*Please note that gift cards are not eligible for use on pre-order items.

Once merchandise has been received, your refund will be processed within 30 working days. You will be provided with an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take a few working days for your banking institution to post the refund to your bank statement.
