PROCESSING GUIDELINES
All orders are processed pending inventory availability and credit card verification.
Orders placed Monday through to Friday before 3pm UK time will begin processing on the same day.
Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following working day.
Orders placed on Friday after 3pm and through the weekend will be processed on the next working day.
Self-Portrait will contact you if there are any issues with your order, or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.
During sale periods we cannot guarantee same day dispatch for any orders.
DISCOUNTS
Discounts and vouchers are not eligible on sale items or in conjunction with any other offer.
WELCOME DISCOUNTS
Your welcome discount(s) are valid for 14 days. Eligible on full-price items only.
Discounts and vouchers are not available on our Try at Home service by Harper Concierge.
SP-CLUB DISCOUNTS
SP-Club discounts apply to full-price items only across all tiers: Member, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.
The Refer a Friend program within the sp-club is open to all existing customers ("Referrers") who refer new customers ("Referred Friends").
Referred Friends receive 10% off their first order and must be new customers who have never made a purchase or used the services of self-portrait before. Referrers will receive an additional 150 points for each referred friend
Self-Portrait reserves the right to amend/withdraw the offer at any time.

Access to the Offer
The discount applies to products on sale only and applies automatically at the checkout once sale items have been added to the basket. There is no code required to redeem the offer.
Eligibility
The offer does not apply to full price products.
The promotion cannot be used in conjunction or combined with any other sale product promotion or discount codes but can be used in the same order as other full price discount codes.
The promotion is available whilst stocks last.
The offer can be used online only and is not valid in stores.

CANADA
Free delivery on full priced orders over £650, a £20 shipping fee applies on all sale orders and full priced orders below £650.
This fee covers the cost of shipping and is non-refundable.
Import duties and taxes are not covered.
Delivered in 3-10 working days. (transit times dependent on destination)
MAINLAND CHINA
A ¥500 shipping fee applies to full priced orders, a ¥600 shipping fee applies to orders containing sale items.
Duties and taxes are covered with no additional fees to pay.

MIDDLE EAST

RUSSIAN FEDERATION
Shipping to Russia can take up to 3 weeks, dependent on Russian Customs restrictions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Self-Portrait has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information.
When ordering from Self-Portrait you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you choose to refuse your shipment, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our UK address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted on most merchandise within 14 days of receipt, for items that have not been worn, altered or washed, without make-up marks and with all tags attached.
Returned items must be unused and sent in their original condition, from the original delivery country.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings unless faulty.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are advised to return the order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition.
Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges.
UK RETURNS
Returns within the UK can be sent with Royal Mail via a free QR code. Returns must be registered via our returns portal to obtain the QR code.
Returns are free for full priced orders. For returns containing sale items, a fee of £3.50 will apply for the label provided.

영국 외부에서 반품을 보내실 경우, 배송비는 본인 부담입니다. 반품을 원하실 경우 returns portal 에 요청을 등록해주세요. 포털을 통해 반품을 요청하시면 이메일로 확인 메일을 보내드립니다.
반송하실 때는 상품을 안전하게 포장한 후, 우체국 EMS나 DHL과 같이 추적이 가능한 국제 택배 서비스를 이용하시는 것을 권장드립니다. 꼭 기존 포장 박스를 사용하지 않더라도 환불이 가능하며, 부피에 따라 요금이 부과되므로 가능한 가장 작은 박스를 사용하는 것이 좋습니다. 반품 상품이 창고에 도착하기 전까지의 책임은 고객에게 있으므로, 손상 혹은 손실을 방지하기 위해 반품 상품의 배송에 대한 영수증이나 추적 증명이 가능한 문서를 받아두거나 보험을 가입하는 것을 추천드립니다.
국제 반품의 경우, 선정하신 운송업체가 제공하는 모든 서류에 "BRITISH RETURN GOODS - CLOTHING"이라고 내용물 설명을 명확하게 표시해주세요. 이 표시가 명확하지 않으면 관세가 부과될 수 있으며, 그 금액은 고객님의 상품 환불금에서 차감됩니다. 반품 배송 라벨과 송장에 기존 주문 번호를 참조 번호로 사용해주세요.
온라인으로 구매한 제품은 매장에서 반품을 받지 않습니다.
분쟁이 발생할 경우를 위해, 주문을 반품할 때 택배 발송 증명을 받아두고 보관하는 것을 추천드립니다.
카드 환불
고객님께서 보내주신 상품을 수령한 후, 환불 처리는 30 영업일 이내에 완료됩니다. 환불이 처리되면 이메일로 알려드립니다.
환불 확인을 받으신 후에, 기존 결제수단으로의 환급 등 추가로 발생하는 문의에 대해서는 카드사에 직접 문의하셔야 합니다.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
We are committed to selling only first-quality fashions and accessories. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email at info@self-portrait.com within 14 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund.
PAYMENT
We accept payments from all major card providers, and you can also process payments via PayPal or Klarna.
You must confirm that the credit/debit card that is being
used is your own, or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Self-Portrait, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We reserve the rights to ask for proof of ID if the payment is suspicious or to cancel/reject any unusual orders.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure self-portrait-studio.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet.
If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click it to find out more information regarding the SSL digital certificate registration. You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with "HTTPS:" instead of the normal "HTTP:". This means that you are in a secure mode.
