SPEND & SAVE Promotion – December 2023
Spend and save discount is live from Tuesday 5th December 2023 to VIP customers and open to SP Club members from the 6th and 7th of December.
The offer applies 20% off when a minimum of £400 / $600 USD / €500 / $800 AUD / ¥4,800 is spent on sale product and the code 'SPC20' is used at the checkout.
The apply for the discount, you must be in one of the VIP or SP-Club segments and logged in with the email associated to your VIP/SP-Club account.
The offer does not apply to full price products.
The promotion cannot be used in conjunction or combined with any other promotion or discount code.
The offer can be used online only and is not valid in stores.
The discount applies to sale items when the minimum spend is reached and the stated code applied and cannot be applied to any sale purchases made before this time or previously placed orders. Please note, this means we do not price match existing orders awaiting despatch or previous orders placed before this time.

SPEND & SAVE Promotion – Return Policy
Please note, this promotion requires you to spend a minimum amount to apply the promotion and receive the 20% discount.
Therefore, if you return an item that makes your order no longer meet the conditions of the promotion, the amount you’re refunded will be adjusted or no refund will be given.
An example of how the refund may be adjusted:
- Offer – 20% off a minimum £400 spend in sale.
- Order total - £520
- Returned item - £150 (item 1)
As the returned item is £150, it brings the new order total to £370 and so the order no longer qualifies for the promotion. The refund will be adjusted to remove the promo discount on the other items (£74) and a refund of £46 will be issued.
In some cases, the refund amount could be zero, example:
- Offer – 20% off a minimum £400 spend in sale.
- Order total - £462
- Returned item - £92 (item 1)
As the returned item is £92, it brings the new order total to £370 and so the order no longer qualifies for the promotion. The refund will be adjusted to remove the promo discount on the other items (£74) which gives a refund value of £0 and so no refund will be issued.
If the promotion minimum spend and terms have still been met after your return, no adjustments will be made; but otherwise please keep this in mind when returning something from the promotion.
