Our try-at-home service by Harper Concierge brings you an in-store shopping experience, whenever and wherever you want.
You pick the styles and sizes you want to try (without paying), then choose your appointment day and time. Only pay for what you want to keep, we'll take the rest away hassle-free.
The £15 service fee is waived if any purchase is made during your appointment.
How it works
1. Add pieces you'd like to try to your bag and choose "Try at home".
2. Select your convenient 1hr delivery slot and checkout without paying for your pieces.
3. Pay for what you love in the comfort of your own home, the rest is taken away there and then. Simply choose "In Greater London? Try at home" in your shopping bag.
Where is this service available?
The Try at Home service is available to all Greater London postcodes (all 32 boroughs).
How do I place my order?
Add as many items as you wish to try to your bag. Once you’re happy with your selection, click ‘In Greater London? Try at Home’ at your bag. You’ll then be asked to provide your chosen appointment time and contact details - no payment is taken at checkout.
Who brings my self-portrait pieces?
Your Style Concierge will arrive within your selected hour slot along with the pieces you’ve chosen to try on.
How to I pay?
Once you've found your perfect pieces, you can pay via a mobile card reader in the comfort of your own home (AMEX accepted). Harper is also operating a contact-free service where a payment link is sent to you via SMS.
What if i don't want to keep the pieces?
A service charge of £15 is applicable to all appointments and will be waived if any purchase is made. Any items not purchased will be taken away by your Style Concierge, hassle-free.
How long will I have to try my pieces?
You will have 40 minutes to try your self-portrait pieces.
How much does the service cost?
There is a £15 service fee for the service. We are happy to waive this fee if any purchase is made during your appointment.
