Each tier has different rewards, unlock more benefits as you progress through the tiers. You earn 1 point per £1 spent online or in-store – the more points you have, the closer you will be to reaching a new tier
You earn 1 point for every £1 spent online or in-store. Each point gets you closer to the next tier.
You earn 1 point for every £1 spent on a completed purchase online or in-store. Points are not rewarded on any shipping, tax, duty or other related fees.
Points will initially show as pending in your account. They are awarded on fully completed purchases and will be confirmed after 14 days from the delivery date. The value of points for any returned item(s) will be deducted.
Your tier is valid for 12 months from the date of upgrade. Within this 12-month period, you can earn points to remain in the same tier for another year or be upgraded to the next tier.
If you are upgraded to a new tier within 12 months, the expiry date will be reset to 12 months from the date you entered the new tier.
You will not earn points on gift card purchases or the use of gift cards
If you decide to return or cancel an entire order, your pending points for that order will not be confirmed and will be subsequently removed from your account.
If you return or cancel part of your order, the pending points for the item(s) will be removed from your account. Points for the item(s) you keep will be confirmed after the returns period has passed (14 days).
Your tier depends on the points earned by your tier expiry date. If you’ve moved down by a tier, it’s because you haven’t collected the qualifying amount of points by your tier expiry date.
Your voucher will be emailed to you, on the day of your birthday and is valid for 30 days.
