Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the self-portrait Loyalty Program ("sp-club")! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the sp-club Program. By enrolling and participating, you agree to these Terms.
The sp-club is intended for personal use only to reward customers of self-portrait with a choice of benefits and points based on their spend exclusively within the self-portrait. The sp-club is available to participate in and from all UK stores and online (www.self-portrait.com).
1. Eligibility and Enrollment
The Program is open to all customers aged 18 or older with a valid account on our website.
Enrollment is free and automatic upon creating an account, and each customer is entitled to one Program account.
Self-portrait reserves the right to modify or terminate eligibility requirements at any time.
2. Earning Points
Members earn points ("Points") on every eligible purchase made through our website. Points may also be awarded for specific promotional activities, such as account creation or referring friends.
Points earned are based on the purchase amount (excluding taxes, shipping, and fees). For example, members earn 1 Point for every £1 spent.
Approved Points take up to 31 days to appear in your account.
3. Pending Points
Points earned through eligible purchases and promotional activities will initially appear in your account as "Pending Points."
Pending points will be confirmed and moved to "Approved Points" after a waiting period of 31 days to allow for any returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
If a purchase is returned or cancelled, the associated Pending Points will be forfeited and will not convert to Approved Points.
4. Loyalty Tiers and Benefits
The Program consists of siz tiers: Member, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond . Tier levels are determined by the number of Points earned within a rolling 12-month period:
- Member: 0 - 1000 Points
- Bronze: 1001 - 2000 Points
- Silver: 2,001 - 4,000 Points
- Gold: 4,001 - 10,000 Points
- Platinum: 10,001 - 100,000 Points
- Diamond: 100,000 + Points
As members move up to higher tiers, they receive additional benefits, including exclusive offers, early access to sales and seasonal gifting.
5. Tier Advancement and Renewal
A member's tier level is updated automatically when they reach the required Points threshold.
Each member's tier status is valid for 12 months from the date they achieved their current tier. To maintain a tier, members must continue to earn the minimum Points required for that tier within the next 12 months.
If a member does not meet the renewal requirements, they will be downgraded to the appropriate tier based on their total Points earned in months.
6. Points Expiration
Points earned under the Program expire 12 months from the date they are awarded.
Expired Points cannot be reinstated.
7. Account and Points Adjustment
Self-portrait reserves the right to adjust Points or modify account discrepancies or fraudulent activities are detected.
8. Changes and Termination
Self-portrait may modify these Terms, including the Point structure, benefits, and tier levels, at any time without prior notice.
The Program may be terminated by self-portrait at any time. In this case, any unused Points or benefits will expire automatically.
9. General Conditions
Participation in the Program is voluntary, and self-portrait reserves the right to disqualify any member found in violation of these Terms.

10. SP-CLUB Discounts
SP-Club discounts apply to full-price items only across all tiers: Member, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Minimum spend is required of £100.
The Refer a Friend program within the sp-club is open to all existing customers ("Referrers") who refer new customers ("Referred Friends").
Referred Friends receive 10% off their first order and must be new customers who have never made a purchase or used the services of self-portrait before. Referrers will receive an additional 150 points for each referred friend
Self-Portrait reserves the right to amend/withdraw the offer at any time.
11.SP-Club - Gift with Purchase - October 2024
The Bronze upgrade gift is live from 18/10/2024 to newly upgraded Bronze tier customers. The upgrade gift is one complementary bag (excluding delivery fee) when the customer reaches Bronze tier.
To qualify for the gift, the customer must newly qualify to Bronze tier after the promotion live date and after the order returns period and must have also received an email notifying them of their qualification to receive the gift.
To receive the gift, the customer must follow instructions stated in the email and log into their SP-Club account, add the product to bag, along with one other item.
The promotion cannot be used in conjunction or combined with any other promotion or discount code.
The promotion is available for a limited time only whilst stocks last.
The offer can be used online only and is not valid in stores.
The complimentary gift can only be claimed once per customer.
The complimentary gift applies to customers who upgrade to Bronze after the promotion live date and cannot be applied to any upgrades or points previously awarded.
The complimentary gift cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
