Orders sent to work or business addresses in Northern Ireland may incur customs duties or VAT under the Windsor Framework. Send to a home address to avoid these extra charges.
TRY AT HOME
We are pleased to offer a Try at Home service for our customers in Greater London. Any orders placed using this service will be delivered during the appointment time and date selected at checkout. Payment is taken via a mobile payment terminal only for items you wish to keep during your appointment. The rest will be returned to us, hassle-free.
A £15 service fee applies, which will be waived if any purchase is made. Please note that Try at Home purchases are not eligible for exchange/refunds.

Delivery to P.O. Boxes is limited to UK addresses and is unavailable for international shipments
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please take photos of the parcel and the item, then notify us by email at info@self-portrait.com within 14 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund.
If you choose to refuse your shipment, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our warehouse. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If you ship to a third-party forwarder, you are responsible for ensuring they can receive and deliver your order. Any fees, customs charges, or issues after delivery to the checkout address are not the responsibility of self-portrait.
We can only provide tracking and delivery updates only to the original shipping address added at checkout.
